High-quality polyurethane foam sealant is a single component or dual, moisture curing, multi-purpose polyurethane foam filled elastic sealing material. The polyurethane foam sealant is a special polyurethane product in which the polyurethane prepolymer, the foaming agent, and the catalyst are packed in a pressure-resistant aerosol can. During the construction, the aerosol colloid is sprayed to the part to be constructed through the matching sizing gun or manual nozzle, and the forming, foaming, bonding and sealing process is completed in the short term. The curing foam elastomer has the advantages of bonding, waterproofing, anti-shrinkage under the cold and anti-expanding under the heat, insulation, sound insulation and even flame retardant (flame retardant type). It is widely used in the construction of the door and window joints, the expansion joints and the filling of the holes seal.

Basic introduction

The general surface dry time in 10 minutes (room temperature 20 ºC environment), the whole dry time with the ambient temperature and humidity are different, under normal circumstances, the summer dry time is about 4-6 hours, in winter it takes 24 hours or longer to be dry. Under normal conditions of use (and in the case of a coating on its outside), the estimated service life is not less than ten years, in the temperature range of -10 ºC ~ 80 ºC cured foam maintains good flexibility and bonding force.
